StitchLabFashion is a garments sourcing and production support company based in Bangladesh. We provide end-to-end apparel sourcing solutions including product development, fabric sourcing, sampling, production coordination, quality control, and shipment support for global clients.

2. Services Policy

All services are provided based on mutually approved requirements, specifications, and timelines.

3. Sampling Policy

  • Sampling charges may apply depending on design complexity and fabric availability.
  • Sample costs are refundable only if confirmed bulk orders meet agreed MOQ.
  • Sample lead time usually ranges from 7–21 working days.
  • Courier charges for samples are paid by the client unless otherwise agreed.

4. Pricing Policy

  • Prices are quoted based on current raw material and production costs.
  • Prices may change due to fluctuations in:
    • Fabric cost
    • Accessories/trims
    • Currency exchange
    • Freight charges
  • Final prices are confirmed only after sample approval and order confirmation.

5. Payment Policy

For Sampling

  • 100% advance payment for sample development unless otherwise agreed.

For Bulk Production

Standard payment terms may include:

  • 50% advance before production
  • 50% before shipment

Alternative payment terms may be discussed for long-term clients.

Accepted payment methods:

  • L/C
  • Bank Transfer (T/T)
  • Wise
  • Payoneer
  • Other mutually agreed methods

6. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) Policy

MOQ depends on:

  • Product type
  • Fabric requirement
  • Factory capability
  • Customization level

Small MOQ orders may have higher pricing.

7. Production & Delivery Policy

  • Production starts only after:
    • Sample approval
    • Fabric confirmation
    • Payment confirmation
  • Estimated production timelines:
    • Sampling: 1–3 weeks
    • Bulk production: 3–8 weeks

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Raw material delays
  • Shipping disruptions
  • Customs issues
  • Force majeure events

8. Quality Control Policy

StitchLabFashion follows a quality-focused production process:

  • Inline production inspection
  • Measurement checking
  • Final random inspection ( 3rd party allowed)
  • Packaging verification

Minor variations in color, GSM, print placement, or measurements within industry tolerance are not considered defects.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payments for completed sampling or sourced materials are non-refundable.
  • Orders canceled after production begins may incur material and production charges.
  • Refund requests are evaluated based on documented production issues.

10. Confidentiality Policy

All client designs, tech packs, branding materials, and business information are treated as confidential.

StitchLabFashion will not share or reproduce client designs without written permission.

11. Intellectual Property Policy

Clients are responsible for ensuring they own the legal rights to submitted logos, artwork, graphics, and designs.

StitchLabFashion is not liable for trademark or copyright disputes arising from client-provided materials.

12. Communication Policy

For smooth project execution, clients should provide:

  • Clear tech packs
  • Artwork files
  • Measurement specs
  • Fabric details
  • Packaging requirements

Delays caused by incomplete information may affect delivery timelines.

13. Shipping Policy

We support:

  • FOB
  • EXW
  • CIF
  • DDP (upon request)

Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

14. Force Majeure

StitchLabFashion shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
